Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. 

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and /or unused in original condition with tags attached.

• Sale and clearance items, jewelry, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

• If you’d like a different size or color, please start a return for your original item and place a new order.

• This ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at stephen@missionroadboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a return address and initiate the store credit. 

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Once we confirm receipt of the item, and verify no damage or use, we will issue a store credit via email.
