How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped we will email you a tracking number, in most cases this should be within 3 to 5 business days from purchase. If you have local delivery we will call or text you when we are on our way. If no one is available to receive your package we will send a confirmation picture of where the package was left.
What are your delivery options?
During the COVID-19 pandemic we are offering free delivery within Oconomowoc. After we receive your order we will contact you to make arrangements.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If that's not the case please contact us at 816.522.4499 to discuss return options. If you are unable to return your item in store the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
What is your returns policy?
Typically our return policy is within 10 days, During the COVID-19 pandemic we will allow returns through May. All returns must have original or gift receipt, be in the same condition as when purchased and have sale tags attached. We will not accept any merchandise for return that has been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
